Bondar Midnight Hour Shiraz draws from the Rayner Vineyard, where plantings of Shiraz date back to 1947.
The fruit is wild yeast fermented entirely as whole bunches without destemming or crushing. The wine then matures in oak.
Bondar Midnight Hour Shiraz has dark fruit flavours and Bondar's signature savoury complexity.
Cellaring potential is 10 years.
